I designed and ran Oracle's Agentic Hackathon programme across four countries — the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and South Africa. Each edition puts customer teams in front of AI Agent Studio for a full day: guided labs, a live build, and a demo at the end. It turns an abstract product story into something the room has actually shipped before they leave it.

Represented Allianz France at the Allianz and Accenture worldwide Generative AI Hackathon in Munich, building a document question-and-answer product end to end across two days of prompt engineering, retrieval and pitch work. I was also part of the group's Excellence GenAI programme, which brought practitioners from across Allianz entities together to set the direction for generative AI in the organisation.
